Why This Course?

Every day, your organization's employees each make thousands of decisions. A shared understanding of who you all are, what you do, and "how things are done around here" is the only way to synchronize the activities of people you lead. Since culture is frequently unseen, it is frequently disregarded or misinterpreted. We approach culture from the premise that there are "culture carriers" who establish the mood and setting. Additionally, culture needs to be much more explicit, understood, and purposefully created now that it must go beyond a single location or group of buildings and into people's apartments, homes, teams, and remote working spaces.
