Leading with Bounded Optimism
Why This Course?
To teach leaders how to remain optimistic in the face of adversity and how to identify the opportunity in every challenge. to be both assertive and empathetic in order to empower their team. Positive thinking, wishful thinking, hope, magical thinking, and self-serving bias, which can all result in major misrepresentations of the circumstances, are fundamentally distinct from bounded optimism. Bound optimism is anchored in reality while still allowing for the power, aptitude, and inventiveness needed to overcome obstacles.
